Insert the battery (1 x Cr2032 lithium) paying attention to the polarity signs inside the battery compartment of the weight scale. Close the battery compartment of the travel bag weight scale. SETUP! Hang the baggage weight scale in an upright position and press the power button. Keep pressing the power button to select your prepared unit of weight. kg=kilograms / g = Grams / Ib = Pounds / oz = Ounces The screen will read “0.00” which indicates the luggage scale is now ready to be used. CAUTION : This digital luggage weight scale is not designed for and should not be used to weigh animals, babies or children. if you have back problems or any health issues regarding the safe lifting items, please restrain from using the Digital bag weight Scale to weigh heavy items. Always remember to take care and use correct form whilst lifting. USING THE STRAP OF LUGGAGE SCALE! Unclip the buckle of the luggage scale, locate a handle or fixing on the item of luggage that is suitable for the weight scale’s strap to connect. Please ensure that the fixing is centrally and strong enough to support the entire weight of the item. Securely fix the strap by passing it under the handle or fixing and closing the buckle luggage scale. Please ensure the buckle is securely closed prior to lifting. WEIGHING! After correctly securing the luggage to the weight scale, gentle lift the travel bag weight scale and a reading will be shown on the LCD display. Once the luggage is stable, the LCD display will read “HOLD” and the data will be automatically memorized. PLEASE NOTE : If the item is heavier than the luggage scale can stand, the LCD will show “Err”, Please try to lose some weight from the luggage to ensure the overload item / luggage will not harm the suitcase scale. POWER OFF! Press the power button for 3 seconds to turn luggage scale off.
